shipping, returns & repairs
SHIPPING
We ship to the United States and Canada. Charise Noel jewelry is handmade. I make jewelry on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and ship packages out on Fridays. The time to handmade your order and the delivery time of USPS to deliver your order is usually 7-10 business days from the time of your order. If you need your order rushed please contact me directly. Shipping rates are by weight (product detail page) to keep costs down by USPS.
RETURNS or STORE CREDIT
All jewelry may be returned for a full refund within 60 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for full refund. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges within 3 business days once we receive the return shipment. Items returned within 60-90 days after you receive the item will be issued store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged.
Return or Exchanges: All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Charise Noel. Please return items to me undamaged in a bubble envelope and untangled by putting the chain in a Ziploc and Ziploc the ends dangling out. Thank you.
REPAIRS
Each order is handmade, and there are times when accidents happen. Thank you for understanding. Fixable Repairs: Broken chains. Charise Noel line is based on ease of use by pulling the necklace off. If a chain breaks within a few times of wearing it we will work with you to replace the chain at no charge. The Magic line may have crystals that fall out. If you have this happen within the first few times of wearing it then we will be happy to replace the crystal at no charge. After 6 months from the time you received your jewelry, Charise Noel is not liable for the repair expense. However, we will be happy to help you in any way that you need for a modest fee. ONLY Signature Necklace have a Lifetime free repairs.

EXPECTATIONS: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
